Market acceptance of new formulated Sundanese Nasi Liwet: How branding affecting selling of traditional culinary

This research aimed to analyze the effectiveness of new formulated Sundanese Nasi Liwet. Six Liwet had been with innovation color and condiments. Overall acceptability was conducted. The six sold a different brand, namely “Milwet” banana tree nuance, “Liwet Kuy” mega mendung pattern, “Ngeliwet Yuk” reddish simplicity “Ngeliwet” typography emphasis, “Pawon Indung” traditional jug icon, “Ini Liwet” simple blue nuance. It found that market acceptance differed overall acceptability. Despite lowest acceptability, performed highest acceptance, followed Liwet”, “Ngeliwet”, Kuy”, Indung”. Applying good brands could be used as an alternative popularize culinary.
